SUBMITTING YOUR PROJECT
  3 easy steps to submit your project

For editing and proofing of manuscripts, documents or grants

1.  Contact Technical English Staff through e-mail (Personal.Proofer@gmail.com) and attach the file that you wish to have edited and the time frame in which you want the work completed. 

2.  You will receive a prompt reply quoting your total cost and a link to the payment center.

3. Click on the link in the email which will take you to the PayPal Payment Center.  Pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card if you do not have an account.

You will receive a confirmation email that your payment was successfully processed and the work is started!


Requesting a sample edit

Feel free to request a sample edit of 1 page of work.  This will let you see what the editor's abilities are.  To request a sample edit of your work simply follow these 2 easy steps:

1.  Send an email with the sample work attached to Personal.Proofer@gmail.com

2. Your work will be edited and returned to you with MS Office Track Changes, so you can see the edits made to the document.


If you are satisfied with the quality of the edit, simple follow the steps above to submit the full project.
